  • Can I get more information regarding my order?

    Once your order has been successfully processed, we will send you a confirmation email. This email will contain full details of your order and will include your order number for your reference. This email should tell you most of what you would need to know. You can simply respond to this email with any further queries you may have. Our trained telesales team will be able to assist you. Or, will be able to transfer you to our after-sales support team should you need after-sales care.

  • I am being asked for a MR number, what is an MR number?

    This number is the code that our systems use to navigate to a product. They can be found in the product details for any vinyl or CD on our website.


    Having the product MR number to hand will allow you to order both quicker and more efficiently. If shopping on our website simply input the relevant MR number into the search bar and hit return. This will display the product that relates to the MR number you have entered. Once your search result is displayed, you simply add the item directly to your basket ready for checkout.

  • Are the products I order checked and packaged securely before being delivered?

    The Hard To Find Records despatch team inspect every item before it leaves for delivery. They ensure that all shipments are sealed and packaged in strong boxes with additional packaging and fragile tape if required. All records and CDs are despatched in strong cardboard mailing envelopes with stiffeners if required.
