Packaging your items
Step 1
When returning an item the goods should be placed back in the original manufacturers box. The manufacturers box should be placed in a second outer box as shown. This is so that no stickers/writing or courier delivery notes are attached to the original manufacturers box, also this helps with the safety and protection of the goods so that they are not damaged in transit on the return . As shown the returns address /returns authorisation number and delivery note are clearly marked on the second outer package and not on the manufacturers box. Any returns address or returns authorisation number written on the manufacturers box will invalidate the return.

Step 2
This is the original manufacturers box that has been clearly secured down by clear tape only (do not use brown/gaffer or masking tape). There are no returns address/ returns authorisation or delivery notes written or stuck on the manufactures box. If the order was sent only in the manufacturers packaging, please ensure that it is returned with a bin liner or parcel paper around the outside so that the RAN/ returns address and delivery note are not written or stuck to the manufacturers box.

Step 3
This is the top of the inside of the manufacturers packaging. As shown all the original packaging has been placed in its correct position. When returning an item all original inside packaging must be place back into the box in the correct places. This is so that the goods are free from movement and will not be damaged in transit on the return.

Step 4
As shown, all the accessories (slipmats and manuals etc.) are placed in the original packaging and in the original place in the box. When returning goods all the accessories must be included and secure in the original position so that they are free from movement so that they do not get damaged and cause damage to the main unit being returned.

Step 5
As shown, the plastic lid is placed back in its original position and is free from movement so that it will not be damaged in transit and cause damage to the main unit. When returning goods all the accessories must be included and secured in the original position so that they are free from movement. Any damaged caused is the customers responsibility and at their own cost.

Step 6
As shown, the main unit is secured into place by the original manufacturers packaging and the platter is secured into its original position. This means that the unit is free from movement and damage in transit. All original inner packaging must be added and in its correct position. Failure to do so and any resulting damaged caused will be the customers responsibility and cost.

Step 7
All movable parts such as the tone arm (as shown) must be secured into place with original clips and ties so that the unit is held into place and is free from movement and damaged. Turntable arm weights and 7” adapters must be removed and placed in a secure location within the box.

Step 8
As shown all accessories are placed in their original position inside the manufactures packaging and are securely held into place by the original tape supplied. This must be done so that none of the accessories or the main unit are damaged. Power leads need to be included and placed at the bottom of the box with the bottom of the plug facing down, or contained within a smaller box, as to avoid damage in transit.
