How can I pay for an order

Credit / Debit / Charge Card

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, American Express, Diners Club and Mastercard. When placing an order we will pre-authorise your card which will allocate the funds on your account for 7 days, however we only charge your card when your order is dispatched.

When making an order online, simply choose 'PayPal' as the payment method, you will then be redirected to the paypal website where you will be able to log in and pay for your order. Alternatively simply send your payment to PaypalRetail@htfr.com

Direct Money Transfer

Visit or call your bank and provide them with the following information then simply send or email us a copy of your receipt.

In-store finance available

We offer in-store finance on selected products with a value of over £450. A 5% deposit is required upon application. Spread the cost over 12, 24, 36 or 48 months at an APR of just 19.5%. To apply, simply bring along photo ID (passport or driving license) and 2 x proofs of address (any recent household bills less than 6 weeks old) to our Birmingham store. Unfortunately we do not currently offer finance on mail-order transactions.

HTFR gift vouchers

Our gift vouchers can be used in our retail store, by mail order over the telephone or via the our online shopping basket system.

Cheque - in pounds stirling

We accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account, paid in Pounds Sterling. Please make all cheques payable to: HARD TO FIND. You will need to allow up to 10 working days for cheque clearance. IMPORTANT: Please ensure that you have written your full name and address on the back of your cheque.

UK Postal Order

We accept postal orders drawn from a UK post office and paid in Pounds Sterling. This is a safer alternative to sending cash through the post as they are automatically insured for loss. Please make your postal order payable to: HARD TO FIND. There is no clearance time on postal orders, so your order will be processed as soon as we receive them.

We accept cash sent by insured delivery in the following currencies;

UK Pounds, Euros, American Dollars, Canadian Dollars and Australian Dollars (please DO NOT send coins). Please note that we can't be held liable for any money lost in the post.
