Eaw's sms 3 loudspeakers bring a taste of the eaw quality to a surprisingly low price-point. Famed for their super-club sound systems, and stadium concert rigs, eaw produce some of the finest music reproduction speakers around. The sms 3s are a compact speaker system with a 4.75" high-excursion, carbon fiber woofer. They feature a 0.5" mylar dome tweeter, mounted on a constant directivity horn to provide natural, smooth sound reproduction that suits all styles of music, and many, many applications. Very conservativily rated at 60 watts rms per speaker, these highly efficent speakers are capable of serious continuosly high sound levels (up to 105 db!). The sms 3s are ideal for home, studio or even install use thank to their tight bass and a crystal-clear definition that out performs many of the similar speakers that reflect their design. Supplied with articulate wall mount brackets, the sms 3s can be conveniently mounted to suit any intended purpose at home, in public places or venues, and even outdoors - thanks to a uv and weather resistant finish!
