Now stop imagining, here it is! The korg kaosilator comes in the same pocket size form as the award winning kaoss pad mini, but in a striking yellow finish. Instantly play musical phrases by simply tapping or sliding your fingers across the touch pad to created interesting and varied sound effects, drum sounds, bass lines & lead synth sounds, with the x axis altering the note and the y axis altering effect parameters such as cut-off & reverb. Your sounds can then be layered using the loop recording mode to created full tracks with separate parts. 31 different scales can be applied to the pad meaning you can play certain styles of music based on key and scale with no previous musical knowledge. Of course your musical loops can be beat synced using the tap tempo button or the value wheel. The unit is battery powered by 4 aa batteries and with an rca line out and also headphone out so loops and phrases can be created on the road & in the studio, ready to be dropped into your next set.
